POSITION:
FRONT HOUSE SUPERVISOR
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of the Front of House Supervisor is to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering the highest level of customer experience during service periods, covering the day-to-day management of front of house and restaurant service as required.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· The day-to-day supervision of restaurant service, leading and supporting the front of house team, creating a positive, welcoming, safe and respectful environment for all customers and employees
· Expertise and quality control of all dishes, ingredients and drinks with a focus on provenance, sustainability and seasonality, advocating for our core principles throughout the customer and employee experience
· Responding to customer communications and enquiries.
· Supervision of day-to-day front-of-house operations, apps and systems including reservations, stock management, ordering and ePOS
· Supervision of day-to-day health and safety of the venue including fire checks, reporting of incidents and accident management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• A multi-talented individual who is excited by our sustainable approach and able to contribute to the growth of the restaurant whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
• At least one year working in fine dining, sustainable food, plant-based cuisine hospitality
· Excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to host with charm and warmth
· Commitment to our principles, which comes with a willingness to embed these throughout all your work and an eagerness to learn more about them
· Able to legally work and live in the UK
