TERMS + CONDITIONS
EXCLUSIVE HIRE
FOOD + DRINK
We will create a bespoke proposal for you that meets the minimum spend and covers all food and drinks for the duration of your event.
A bespoke food menu will be created for your event by our preferred catering partners.
All drink menus and other event services are provided by us.
We do not offer dry hire or permit any guests to bring their own food or drinks.
MINIMUM SPEND
We require a minimum spend for all exclusive hires which is calculated in relation to the areas you wish to hire, and the time and day of the week.
If you would like to allow your guests to purchase their own food and drinks from us at your event, providing that the minimum spend has been paid by you in advance, we are happy to facilitate this for you and refund any agreed amount after the event.
Once the minimum spend is agreed and we have received your deposit, we will connect you directly with our event catering partners who will work with you to create a bespoke food menu for your event.
EVENT FEE
We apply a 12.5% event fee to the final amount agreed in your bespoke proposal.
DEPOSITS
We require a deposit of 30% of the required minimum spend to be paid to us to secure your booking.
If the eventual cost for your final bespoke proposal significantly exceeds the required minimum spend amount, we may ask for an additional deposit in this respect once agreed.
Our catering partners will require a 10% deposit for the food to be paid to them in advance, once your menus have been agreed. They will issue their invoice to you directly which is subject to their own T&Cs.
No bookings are confirmed until the initial deposit has been received and email confirmation is sent from a member of the HOME Team. By submitting the deposit, all T&Cs are agreed upon.
FINAL PAYMENTS
We will issue our invoice for all agreed items in the final bespoke proposal to you for payment, except the catering supplied by our catering partners who will invoice you directly, subject to their own T&Cs.
We require full settlement of the remaining balance for your final invoice at least 72 hours before the start time of your event.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your booking with us 90 days or more prior to the booked event date, we will refund 100% of your deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days but more than 60 days prior to the booked event date, we will refund 50% of your deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to the booked event date, we will refund 25% of your deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the booked event date, no refund will be be due.
CONFIRMATIONS
The final bespoke package must be agreed no later than 7 days before the start time of your event, including notice of any allergies or dietary requirements.
Please note that we will not be able to accommodate any further changes after this time.
TIMINGS
The start time allocated to your booking is the time at which we expect your event to begin.
All food will be served no later than 30 minutes from your first guests’ arrival unless requested otherwise in advance.
DECORATIONS
We welcome minimal decorations but request that you be mindful with regard to sustainability and waste.
Please consider the origin of the decorative materials and opt for recycled, recyclable or compostable products only.
We will not accept any products made from plastic or filled with gas. We also do not allow confetti or confetti bombs for obvious reasons!
Please take everything home with you and leave no trace behind.
